October 2004 - December 2005 Grant awarded by the School on Advanced Topics In Networking (SATIN), European Doctoral Research Foundation (EDRF), granted through the EU Network of Excellence: E-NEXT.
October 2003 - June 2006 Full scholarship to carry out PhD studies at the Department of Computer Architecture, Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), Spain. Scholarship granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain, through the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (MAE-AECI).
January 2001 Support to develop a research stay at the Department of Environmental Physics, Ruprecht-Karls-Universitat Heidelberg, Germany. Funded by the Program for the Development of Basic Sciences (PEDECIBA), Uruguay.
